On your wedding day, you should be focusing on the future – not your ride! GCT has put together a guide to get you ready for the big day.

Book your car in advance

If you’re getting married in April, May, or June, be wary that this is also prom and graduation season, so many luxury ride services will be booked up fast. If your wedding is within these months, it’s recommended to make your reservation at least nine months in advance. For other months, check ahead of time whether there are other Charleston events that could impede traffic. As soon as you know your wedding party size, ceremony and reception locations, and date, give us a call! We also have several formal and informal vehicles, so feel free to inquire about other options in the GCT fleet.

Take care of your guests

Part of making your transportation reservation will require providing how many people will need rides to and from the ceremony venue and reception location. You may just want transportation for your wedding party, but in case you’d also like to book shuttle or van services for extended family, or other guests, our fleet has vehicles of all sizes to accommodate you. Also, keep in mind some guests visiting from out of town may not have their own ride – you don’t want to leave them stranded.

Enjoy your day!

After you’ve booked your ride to the ceremony, to the reception hall, and then home – leave the rest to us. Our drivers are experienced and professional, and will be with you every step of the way to ensure your ride goes smoothly. We’ll get you to the church on time!

Be sure to inquire about other transportation needs we can fulfill – whether it’s from Charleston International Airport or to the salon for wedding-day prep. Call now to take one more item off of your wedding to-do list.
