Easter Egg Hunts

Festival of Houses and Gardens, March 15 – April 16

This is the best way to explore the city’s historic district. There’s a variety of tours available showcasing Charleston’s architecture, history, gardens, and culture.

The 2023 Credit One Charleston Open, April 1 – 9

The largest women’s-only tennis tournament in North America returns to the newly renovated Credit One Stadium in Charleston, SC. Formerly known as the Volvo Car Open and the Family Circle Cup, the event brings tennis stars as well as activities like Fan Zone challenges and a pickleball clinic.

Lowcountry Cajun Festival, April 22

Louisiana comes to the Lowcountry at the Lowcountry Cajun Festival. Get a taste of authentic Cajun and Creole favorites like jambalaya, alligator, etouffe, andouille sausage, and crawfish.

North Charleston Arts Fest, May 3-7

This arts festival features regional and local artists and performers in the areas of dance, music, theater, visual arts, and literature. The 5-day event has become one of the most comprehensive arts festivals in the state.

Spoleto Festival USA 2023, May 27 – June 12

Spoleto Festival USA is 17-days of showcasing both established and emerging artists held at Charleston’s theaters, churches, and outdoor venues. The performing arts festival features over 150 performances ranging from opera, dance, theater, classical music, and jazz.
