The “When Stars Align” dinner event in Charleston is one of the most anticipated parts of the entire festival. This isn’t just for casual eaters or foodies, this special dinner is a meticulous meal prepared by some of the most decorated chefs in the world. The “When Stars Align” dinner is scheduled for Saturday, March 3, from 7 PM to 10 PM. The dinner is an indoor event at an undisclosed location that’s promised to wow guests. The location will be privately announced to dinner guests, so don’t worry about being lost.
Presented by Le Creuset, San Pellegrino + Acqua Panna, When Stars Align is a seven-course dinner accompanied by perfectly paired wines from one of the country’s oldest vineyards. Featured chefs include Sean Brock, Curtis Duffy, Steven D. Greene, Gavin Kaysen, Kevin Getzewich, Angie Mar, Robert Mondavi, Jr, and Diego Muñoz.
