This will be a journey and we at GCT are thoughtfully preparing for this next phase as we adapt our business to a ‘new normal’.  Our plan is to gradually expand operations while maintaining safe social distancing recommendations, as well as following CDC guidelines and those set forth by the local authorities.

Our service adjustments are as follows:

Black Car

  • Sedans will be reserved for 1 (ONE) passenger plus the chauffeur, MAX
  • SUV’s will be reserved for 2 (TWO) passenger plus the chauffeur, MAX
  • Executive Van’s will be reserved for 3-8 (three-Eight) passengers plus the chauffeur, MAX
  • The following amenities will be removed from vehicles, mints, magazines, water, power chargers
  • Hand sanitizer will be the only amenity offered until further notice
  • GCT Chauffeurs will wear face coverings while operating the vehicles
  • Any modification(s) will be at the sole discretion of the GCT dispatcher based upon provided client information/itinerary

Shuttle Contract Vehicles

  • Every other seat will be unavailable to support social distancing
  • Passenger capacity with be capped at 50% of the vehicle capacity
  • GCT Shuttle drivers will wear face covering while operating the shuttle
  • Any modification(s) will be at the sole discretion of the GCT dispatcher based upon provided client information/itinerary

Mini & Motor Coach

  • Every other seat will be unavailable to support social distancing
  • Passenger capacity with be capped at 50% of the vehicle capacity
  • GCT Mini & Motor Coach drivers will wear face covering while operating vehicles
  • Any modification(s) will be at the sole discretion of the GCT dispatcher based upon provided client information/itinerary

Additional Information

  • GCT is sanitizing vehicles daily w/ Lysol & Airthereal (an ozone generator/ air cleaning machine)
  • GCT is not providing clients gloves or masks
  • The face covering will be issued prior to each trip to staff, the sneeze guards will be in 1 sedan, 1 SUV, and 1 executive van in May 2020
